Uncompromising stringent hygiene standards followed right from the entry of raw material till the final product Blue-Fin have gained the trust and confidence of customers from as far as the USA, Europe, Middle East & the Asian market.
With a sprawling 5860 Sq meter area, located at Taloja MIDC near Mumbai and possess the newest IQF equipment attached with Cooking and double glazing facility. Tailored to retain the freshness, flavour and nutritive value of Seafood, this specially designed machinery comes from Denmark. A processing plant with 66MT capacity and cold storage of 1538 MT capacity with a Peeling Shed of 30 MT adorn our facility.
The controlled cooling plant also holds best quality Freezers including Blast Freezers from Germany, Plate Freezers and racking type of cold storages from Malaysia. This, in effect amounts in using the worlds expert technology and excellent output.
Aimed to ensure safe, good taste and high nutritional quality of sea/fresh water food by following the Quality Assurance programmes, good hygiene and sanitation and Standardized analytical programmes.
Blue-Fin Frozen Foods is accredited with highly regarded quality certifications from bodies that includes USFDA, BRC , EIC India, FSSAI adhering to the HACCP Standards.
Rain water harvesting plant, ETP contribute to maintain the green effect of the surroundings mirroring our support for an tainted environment.
